Entr3pnr.com – Unified User Policy & Master Restricted Covenant Agreement (MRCA)

I. Entr3pnr.com User Policy

A. Brand Mission

Entr3pnr represents the 3% who chase their dreams and create opportunities for others. The “3” in the logo symbolizes the dreamers, builders, and leaders. Every interaction on Entr3pnr.com should reflect this message. When you represent Entr3pnr, you are part of the movement to “Chase the 3.”

B. User Conduct Protocol

All users of Entr3pnr.com must adhere to the following conduct guidelines:

1. Content Creation & Sharing

• Users are encouraged to create and share content that aligns with the values of Entr3pnr.com.

• Content should be respectful and contribute positively to the community.

• Any offensive, harmful, or misleading content may result in account suspension or removal.

2. Engagement with the Community

• Engage with others in a constructive, positive, and professional manner.

• Use appropriate language and be mindful of the tone in interactions.

• If initiating a conversation, consider introducing topics that align with the “Chase the 3” mission.

3. Inventory and Product Listings

• Users who list products on Entr3pnr.com are responsible for accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

• Maintain transparency with buyers and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

II. Master Restricted Covenant Agreement (MRCA)

This MRCA applies to all users of Entr3pnr.com, including contractors, vendors, and brand representatives.

A. Confidentiality

Users agree not to disclose or misuse any confidential information acquired while interacting with or utilizing Entr3pnr.com. This includes:

• Business strategies

• Client/vendor details

• Marketing plans

• Internal documentation or private messages

B. Non-Compete

For a period of 12 months following any association with Entr3pnr.com, users may not engage with or work for any direct competitors of Entr3pnr LLC in any capacity that compromises proprietary strategies or relationships built during their time with the platform.

C. Non-Solicitation

Users may not:

• Solicit Entr3pnr clients, partners, or other users for competing businesses.

• Attempt to hire or persuade other users to leave Entr3pnr.com for a competing service.

D. Intellectual Property

All materials created while interacting with Entr3pnr.com — including but not limited to content, designs, slogans, documents, or media — are the sole property of Entr3pnr LLC and may not be reused, distributed, or claimed without explicit permission.

E. Enforcement & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Violations may result in legal action.
